Booking Cancellation & Modification Policy

We understand plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below.

Refund Eligibility:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 8 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

• One-Night Fee: Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the check-in date will incur a penalty charge of the first night’s stay.

Important Conditions for All Refunds:

• All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of MYR 10, plus a 5.0% charge to cover bank and payment processing costs. This will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Promo Code Bookings: If your reservation was made using a promotional code, the specific cancellation terms of that promotion will apply and override this standard policy.

Modification Policy:

• Any request to change your booking (e.g., dates, room type) is subject to approval based on availability and may be treated as a cancellation, subject to the fees above. A separate modification fee may also apply.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of MYR 50 is required upon check-in. This will be returned in full at check-out after a satisfactory inspection of the room.
